I am writing to thank you for the very positive customer service experience I had with your company and for the wonderful service your technician, DJ Brantner provided today.
We moved into our home 8 months ago. We had never had a well before and weren’t aware of what maintenance was needed. We were having an issue with odor and staining caused by iron. I saw that the previous owners had used your company to service the water system and called yesterday afternoon to schedule an appointment. To be honest, I was dreading being told we had to put an expensive filtering system in along with other expensive repairs.
I was pleasantly surprised beginning with my first contact with your company. After quickly pulling the records for the house, I was told that there already was a filtering system in place and more likely just needed to be serviced. Furthermore, a technician could be out the next afternoon.
This morning, I received a call from DJ saying he was running early (when does that ever happen??) and if it was ok with me, he could be there at 10:45. I cannot say enough nice things about DJ. Not knowing anything about a well, he took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked and what kind on maintenance was necessary. He advised me on several ways I could save some money and worked with me to get the water back to where it should be; advising what could be put off and what should be dealt with right away. In addition to being very knowledgeable, DJ was very respectful and polite.
Good service can be hard to come by so I appreciate Professional Water Systems’ professionalism, knowledge and quick response to my call. Happily, my house guests will enjoy nice, clean water this weekend. I had a wonderful experience with you company and will definitely recommend you to my friends.
